- Cook chipolatas on a bbq, under a grill or in a fry pan.
- Slice hotdog rolls down the centre and spread with mayonnaise. Mix cucumber with vinegar and season with salt to taste.
- Mix tomato with basil, red onion, olive oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Divide into 6 and place onto rolls, lay hot chipolatas on top.
- Spoon tomato salsa over and served immediately.
